If you’re currently injured, we can work together in person through physical therapy or virtually through monthly rehab coaching or single-session rehab consults. ​

If you’re not currently injured, performance coaching is available to help you stay healthy and reach your running goals.

Volante PT and Performance was created to transform the management of running-related injuries.

After personal experiences with an eating disorder, recurrent stress fractures, hip labrum tears, and knee osteoarthritis, I’ve realized there’s a lot of misinformation and not a lot of hope out there for runners struggling with these issues. 

As a physical therapist and coach, I can help guide you from injury to healthy training and racing. I hope to restore your trust in your body’s ability to heal and perform.
